Ludacris performs a surprise concert at 3rd Street Market Hall in Milwaukee

Unfortunately, Ludacris’ headlining set at Tacos and Tequila Fest will not be rescheduled, as a spokesperson for the event confirmed in a statement on Facebook.

“As long as it took us to get the word out, we had to close because of the extreme weather conditions and (lightning). Safety is ALWAYS the first priority,” a statement said. “Other festivals (and) live events in the area were also forced to evacuate. Our weather teams were able to closely monitor and participate in as much of the show as possible and Milwaukee… You guys showed up and showed up and we appreciate you. Stay dry and see you next year!”
