Latham Watkins advises SRS Distribution on completion of US$18-25 billion acquisition of The Home Depot

The Home Depot®, the world’s largest home improvement retailer, announced that it has completed the acquisition of SRS Distribution, Inc. (SRS) for a total enterprise value of approximately $18.25 billion. SRS is a leading multi-vertical residential specialty trade distribution company serving the professional roofer, landscaper and pool contractor. The agreement to acquire SRS was announced on March 28, 2024.
