After last week’s premiere the kardashians episode, a preview of the next one was shared on June 13. In the clip, Kylie could be seen sitting on a couch next to her supermodel sister Kendall, 28. “People have been talking about my looks since I was 13. It just gets tiring,” Kylie said with tears in her eyes.

Kendall also cried as she listened to her sister. In another confessional scene, the mother of two (who shares the daughter STORM6 and the son Aire2, with ex Travis Scott) said, “I hear bad things about me all the time.” As the scene shifted back to the sisters on the couch, Kylie revealed: “I’ve never cried about it before, but I think it’s affecting me.”

During the show’s third season, Kylie dealt with the “public banter” that frequently surrounds her. However, she firmly stated at the time that she refused to let it affect her, at least not to that point in her life.

Furthermore, she has vehemently denied allegations that she underwent plastic surgery to correct any personal insecurities, calling such claims completely unfounded.

“I always remember being the most confident kid in the room,” she said at the time. “I’ve always loved myself – I still love myself – and one of the biggest misconceptions about me is that I was this insecure kid and I had so much surgery to change my whole face, which is false, I just got stuffing.”

Kylie has been no stranger to rumors of getting Botox injections, lip fillers, cheek fillers and those suggesting she’s undergone other cosmetic procedures. Soon after this preview went viral, viewers took to X to share their thoughts.

“Stop surgery!” one tweeted in reference to Kylie, while another added: “You put yourself out there… it can’t all be good criticism you’ve made dollars off your fame stop complaining.” Someone else noted in another thread: “zero sympathy”.

The reality star admitted to having lip fillers and breast augmentation surgery as a teenager, but stressed in a November 2023 WSJ interview that she “never touched my face” about other procedures rumored, such as cheek fillers.

Aside from the lip fillers, Kylie said: “I’ve never touched my face, but even getting my breasts done when I was 19 and getting pregnant soon after, not planning on getting pregnant at 19 years. And I was never insecure about myself. .”

She continued: “I’ve actually always been super confident and loved my body. I was just having fun. I was influenced by amazing breasts and said that’s what I wanted to do and had fun with it.” Jenner then admitted, “I probably should have waited until we could have kids or let my body develop.” She then emphasized that she considered motherhood to be “teaching our children to do better than us, to be better versions of who we were.”
