Lady Gaga sparks pregnancy rumors as she ‘flashes baby bump’ at sister Natali Germanotta’s wedding in Maine – with partner Michael Polansky

Lady Gaga sparked pregnancy rumors again when she was spotted wearing a form-fitting black dress on Friday night.

The 38-year-old singer showed off what appeared to be a baby bump as well as a massive diamond ring at her sister Natali Germanotta’s wedding rehearsal dinner in York, Maine.

Gaga has been keeping a low profile in recent months after wrapping up filming on her upcoming film Joker: Folie à Deux and as she continues to work on a new album.

DailyMail.com has contacted representatives for the singer who have so far been unavailable for comment.

She made one recent public appearance at the premiere of her HBO concert film Gaga Chromatica Ball, during which she wore a car piece to apparently hide her midriff.

In pictures obtained by The Sun, the Bad Romance hitmaker was beaming alongside her beau Michael Polansky, 46, as she modeled a tight black dress with a chic off-the-shoulder style to show off her silhouette.

To complete her look, she donned matching shoes and a string of pearls around her neck.

At one point, she appeared to get emotional and wipe away tears the day before her fashion designer sister’s wedding.

On Saturday, the actress, whose real name is Stefani Germanotta, donned a peach bridesmaid dress as she walked down the aisle with a groom.

She joined family and loved ones at the ViewPoint Hotel, which they rented out entirely for the event, to watch her sister get married in front of the Atlantic Ocean.

She also leaned on her partner – who she has been dating for over four years – as she took photos over the wedding weekend.

Also sparkling in the afternoon light was a massive diamond on her ring finger – also fueling speculation that she and the entrepreneur may have taken the next step in their relationship.

In March 2021, it was reported that Gaga’s romance with Polansky was heating up and she expressed her desire to start a family with him.

“She told her friends that she wanted to go through a few projects and then focus on settling down,” a source told Entertainment Tonight at the time.

“Gaga wants to have kids one day and sees a future with Michael.”

The superstar has also previously spoken about her desire to become a mother.

For her May cover story with InStyle, Gaga admitted that she is “very excited to have kids.

“I’m looking forward to being a mother,” she said. “Isn’t it incredible what we can do? We can keep a man inside and grow him. Then it comes out and it’s our job to keep it alive.

The actress was first romantically linked to Polansky, who is a graduate of Harvard University and works as the executive director of the Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy and The Parker Foundation, in 2020.

They confirmed their love when they were seen kissing and celebrating New Year together that year.

In February, the pair became official on Instagram when Gaga shared a photo of them cuddling together on a boat in Miami.

Before meeting Polansky, Gaga was engaged twice, first to Taylor Kinney before calling it quits in July 2016, and then to her talent manager Christian Carino before the pair called it quits in February 2019 .

The last time she was seen in public with Polansky was in Malibu in April.

At the end of the month, Gaga donned an oversized long-sleeved hoodie, which she used to hide her left hand amid rumors the pair were engaged.

The private couple made a rare appearance to enjoy a game of tennis together before heading out for a low-key dinner at Nobu.

For their evening outing, Gaga wrapped up in an oversized black leather blazer.

The pregnancy rumors come just weeks before she begins her eight-date jazz and piano residency in Las Vegas.
